超理想的早午餐~ Superb ideal brunch~

放了块乳酪,好强的对比!
碟虽然有点脏但不够碟用嘛~
add-on piece of cheese, contrasting!
even though plate looks unpleasant, but please focus at the brunch~insufficient of plates...

烘烤的过程~
In the process of baking~

完成,开餐!
yeah~finally, time to have brunch!

跟你们分享过程吧...
首先,拿去微波炉“叮”热 350 度 2分钟,解冻后再起骨~
然后,拿去烘炉烤20分钟,每10分钟翻一次~200度高温哦!
接着,准备菜啊,切切切~摆好鸡肉在馅料之上加上个乳酪再烤个5-6分钟,搞定!

First of all, take the frosted chicken thigh to defrost by microwave with 350 degree Celsius in 2 minutes time...
Then, take the chicken thigh to baked in oven with 200 degree Celsius in 2 minutes...Every 10 minutes, twist the surface~
Lastly, prepare the salad and put it on the bread...after the chicken thigh done, add-on a cheese and bake for 5-6minutes, done!

de ideal breakfast would be bread and cheese 4 me, no need 2 cook, ahaha :) but normally i dun take breakfast, rather sleep more ^^"
